ITSM/ITIL Educational and Professional Services

The IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), already well established in the United Kingdom and many other parts of the world, is also becoming a standard framework for organizations in North America seeking to implement or improve their IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. The disciplines that are bourne out of an ITIL implementation enable organizations to correlate their IT components with the services their business partners deliver and most important help them to clearly understand the actual direct costs associated with each business service. Our approach is to combine our practical hands-on experience designing and architecting systems with our first hand experience implementing the ITIL framework in order to deliver the most cost effective, value based and practical solutions possible.
