Visionary Consultation

These services typically consist of our professional advisers meeting with senior and executive level management to better understand what the organization is trying to accomplish and what challenges they are trying overcome. After absorbing this knowledge, the K2 Solutions adviser would work with the senior or executive level manager to define and establish a vision for the future of the organization. It is very challenging sometimes for senior or executive level management of an organization to put together this vision without the ability to openly discuss their thoughts and ideas with other individuals from within the organization. We have found that these individuals need to be able to speak with someone who is impartial and has no ties to the existing organizational hierarchy, which is why we offer them the opportunity to openly discuss their ideas and intended direction with only our most senior professionals.

Strategic Execution

After establishing what the vision of your end solution will be, you need to determine exactly how you are going to achieve that goal.  Our Strategic Execution services will help you define and document an approach that will enable your organization to achieve its long term strategic goals while also meeting your short term tactical needs. Multi-year programs are no longer allowed to continue without delivering some short term gains.  It is critical that these long and short terms gains are clearly defined and articulated so as to ensure that expectations are being met and our professionals will help you do just that.

Coordinated Guidance

K2 Solutions believes that it is not always the most cost effective solution for an organization to have a consultant onsite for extended periods of time while the organization is working through details specific to their organizational dynamics.  This is why we believe that a mentoring model is sometimes the most cost effective for our clients. Whether you need a lot of upfront support to get your program started and only periodic visits over the course of your initiative or a consistent presence onsite every couple of weeks to ensure you are on the right track, we can work with you to make sure that your limited financial recources are not wasted paying for unnecessary professional services.
